How cannabis distribution works at BlattWerk

Many interested people and new members ask the same question: how does it actually work at BlattWerk when I want to obtain cannabis? We explain the process from start to finish.

Basic requirement: Full membership

Cannabis can only be obtained by full members — not by passive members and not by non-members. Full membership requires a completed ID check by a board member.

Step 1: Come in person

Distribution takes place at our club office at Wetzellplatz 2 in Hildesheim. You come in person — no delivery, no postal service. This is legally required: cannabis may only be handed over directly on-site to members.

Step 2: ID and membership card

Bring your ID card or passport. Identity verification is mandatory at every distribution — not just the first time.

Step 3: Quantity limits

The KCanG sets clear limits: - Maximum 25 grams per day - Maximum 50 grams per calendar month

These limits apply to all clubs in Germany. We document every distribution as required by law.

Step 4: Price

You pay the cost price — the proportional costs for growing, energy, materials and processing. No profit markup. The exact price varies by strain and harvest quantity and will be communicated before distribution.

Step 5: Packaging and documentation

Cannabis is dispensed in neutral, child-resistant packaging with mandatory information under the KCanG: strain name, THC/CBD content, harvest date, warning notices.

What you must not do

The cannabis is exclusively for your personal consumption. Passing it on to third parties — even for free — is a criminal offence. This also applies to transport: you may carry a maximum of 25 grams when out and about.

When does it start?

Our growing preparations are currently underway. The first distribution will take place once the first harvest has been quality-checked and approved. We will notify all members in good time by email and here on the blog.
