Health & Safer Use

Tips for low-risk consumption, dosing, different consumption methods and mental health.

Cannabis can bring joy — and it can cause problems. Denying either would be disingenuous. As a Cannabis Social Club with an addiction prevention concept, we are committed to honestly educating about risks while providing practical strategies for low-risk consumption.

Safer use does not mean consumption becomes completely risk-free. It means knowing the risks and consciously minimizing them. This includes proper dosing, choosing the right consumption method, recognizing warning signs of problematic use, and knowing when it's better not to consume.

Our articles in this category cover topics such as dosing for beginners, different consumption methods and their risks, the influence of cannabis on mental health, set and setting, and comparison with other substances. All information is based on current research and supported by references.
